CEO of the Niecon, Constantine Nikiforides was quoted saying the following about the design philosophy of The Oracle:
“For an architect, a building is an inspired use of space. For an engineer, it is a structured achievement. For an interior designer, it is a statement of style. For our team at Niecon, a building project is the fusion of these disciplines in order to create unique and luxurious spaces where life is enjoyed and enriched. Our inspiration comes from you, the discerning few, who appreciate and seek the ultimate living experience. We create a domain that embodies your desires and aspirations. We strive for beauty, balance and harmony in all the lifespaces we create, whether it is the retreat of your private apartment or the executive residents lounge or the peaceful Zen garden. We pursue an aesthetic of simplicity and elegance, a passion for design and meticulous attention to detail. At Niecon we create “lifespaces” of elegance, grace and refinement where daily life is transformed into the fine art of living.”
Constantine Nikiforides, CEO, Niecon.
